Returns Policy

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the item's delivery date. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with any seals intact.

To process your return, we kindly ask that you provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation to acknowledge its arrival. You will also be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or missing refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company in case of any delays. It's not uncommon for banks and financial institutions to require processing time before the refund is officially posted. Exchanges:

Upon receipt of your order, kindly examine the goods immediately and notify us promptly of any issues or concerns.

Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches our facility. To safeguard your shipment, we recommend using a delivery service that provides insurance coverage for the value of the goods.

If you are returning a product from outside the EU, please refrain from using courier services to prevent excessive clearance fees. In such cases, we may refuse delivery or charge any applicable fees back to you. For customs documentation, please specify the value on the parcel as "ZERO" and clearly indicate "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form and parcel itself. We regret that we are unable to accept parcels incurring duty charges.

Please note that Brandi Vvici London LTD does not cover return postage fees, except in cases where an incorrect item or a faulty product has been received.

The time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

PRE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE STOCKS WHICH ARE NOT ON HAND AND THEREFORE, HAVE TO WAIT AROUND 14 - 21 working days  TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS.

BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW:

1. Pre orders require payment to be made at checkout. Which is ALWAYS noted in the decription
2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations.
3. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date so we cannot guarantee products will be available in 1-31 working days. We will ship orders the moment they are available.
4.Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than1-31 working days due to several factors (eg: customs)
5. Please do not order if you are unable to wait. 
6. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.
